About

Published by RADA

RADA® was founded as an intra-industry affinity group over 35 years ago.  Since then, members convene at least annually to share ideas that help the memberships’ clients remain well ahead of the curve in various planning and strategy areas.  Focus areas include retirement and benefit panning for corporations and closely held businesses, including advanced retirement plan design, investment fiduciary leadership, 401k participant education, defined benefit exit-strategies, business succession and estate planning, and deferred compensation arrangements.

While more recently the idea of the “trusted adviser” has gained national prominence among the professional financial service community, doing right for the client has always been the driving impetus behind RADA’s effort to be a premier idea-exchange for its members. It is no coincidence that RADA® members are accepted and respected as financial services professionals who have attained the highest levels of success in the profession.
